Construction Worker Gunned Down by Man Asking for Cigarette

Kansas Police on the lookout for an African-American male who randomly gunned down a construction worker.

BEACON TRANSCRIPT – Kansas law enforcement officials are still trying to make heads or tails of what happened on Tuesday at a Spire construction site. Based on the preliminary report, a 23-year-old construction worker was fatally shot by an unknown individual after the man refused to give him a cigarette. Company sent all workers home after the incident.

Construction Worker Survived by Pregnant Fiancé

On Tuesday, the Kansas City authorities were summoned to a construction site after an individual told the emergency operator that an unknown individual gunned down an employee.

Upon arriving at the location, the first responders discovered an unresponsive 23-year-old male victim, later identified as Johnathon Porter. The man was rushed to the hospital for life-saving surgery but passed away later that day due to his injury. Coroner’s report stated that the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the chest.

The investigation revealed that Porter was a sub-contractor, employed by InfraSource which currently worked a Spire contract. During the morning, the construction worker was approached by an African-American individual who allegedly asked him for a cigarette.

Based on the witnesses’ testimonies and surveillance footage, Porter told the individual that he didn’t smoke before asking him to leave the area.

The suspect complied and left. However, before leaving the site, the suspect turned around and yelled at Porter, accusing him of lying about not having cigarettes. Before Porter and his colleagues could react, the suspect unholstered his gun and shot six or seven times towards the construction crew. Porter was the only injured construction worker.

Conclusion

Authorities have launched a state-wide manhunt for the individual and asked the public to come forth with information. Based on the police report, the suspect is an African-American male, around 30 years of age.  When last seen, he was wearing a dark-colored hooded jumpsuit and gray pants.

Porter, the construction worker who lost his life on Tuesday during a random shooting, is survived by his expecting fiancé.

Michigan Teen Almost Got Shot by Racist Homeowner

The Michigan teen missed the school bus and was forced to walk to school.

BEACON TRANSCRIPT – Michigan authorities reported that a teen almost got shot on Thursday after stopping at a Rochester Hills house to ask for directions. Investigators believe that the attempted murder of the Michigan teen is strongly motivated by race. The boy emerged unscathed from the incident.

Michigan Teen Declared that He Almost Turned into a ‘Statistic’

Brennan Walker, a 14-year-old teen from Michigan, almost got killed while going to high school. According to Walker, on Thursday, he woke up later the usual, missing the morning bus.

The teen attempted to get to the Rochester High School on foot but got lost on the way. As the Michigan teen revealed, he had no now of contacting a friend or his mother as the woman took away his smartphone during an argument.

Walker told the police that he went to a Rochester Hills house and knocked on the door, hoping that someone could point him in the right direction.

Allegedly, a woman opened up, stared at him, and kept yelling that the boy was trying to force his way into the house. Walker tried to explain that he only needed direction but fled when he was the woman’s husband, later identified as 53-year-old Jeffrey Zeigler, grabbing a shotgun and going straight towards him.

While running, the Michigan teen heard a single gunshot coming from Ziegler’s home. Fortunately, the bullet missed him. Ziegler was later arrested and charged with using felony firearms and attempted murder.

He was recently released from prison after posting a $50,000 bail. However, Ziegler has a restriction order, which means that he can’t go within 10 miles of the Michigan teen, having to wait for the outcome of the trial to return home.

Meanwhile, the prosecutors intend to seek the maximum penalty for Ziegler, as a better part of the evidence points to this being a racially-motivated crime.

A man claiming he’s Jesus was arrested in connection with a hit-and-run accident on Sunday morning.

On Sunday morning, the South Carolina authorities were summoned to Garden City, near the Saint Michael’s Catholic Church, after another officer spotted a man fitting the description of a hit-and-run suspect. The individual was later identified as Joseph Kevin Crump.

According to the police report, once the officer spotted the suspect, he drew his service weapon, went to Crump and ordered him to stand down from his vehicle. However, instead of complying, Crump slammed the door and drove away, prompting the authorities to follow him.

The never-ending chase might be a symbol of faith, but the South Carolina authorities were pedal to the metal when chasing this guy. After several minutes of trying to fend off incoming vehicles and pedestrians, the officers were able to nab Crump after setting up a spike tramp.

After being taken into custody, the man claiming nothing more or less that he’s Jesus Christ. When the authorities asked the ‘Savior’ about why he was driving that fast, Crump told them that he thought that they wanted to kill him.

Crump was later taken to the emergency room, as he demanded medical attention. Of course, Crump denied any of those things belong to him, as Jesus Christ doesn’t need cash or any kind of worldly possessions.

On Monday, 38-year-old Shivon Perez was arrested after the woman attempted to murder Bradley Atkins, her former boyfriend, by setting him ablaze inside her Altamonte Springs home.

According to the authorities, prior to the incident, the woman, who also happens to be a registered nurse, boarded her bedroom window. She later called Atkins at her home, asking him to fix a leaking sink pipe.

Allegedly, while the victim was lying on the floor, fixing the pipe, Perez poured lighter fluid on his body and set him on fire using a gas torch.

The victim told the authorities that he didn’t notice, at first, that he was on fire. However, after getting up and saw Perez clutching the torch he quickly understood the woman’s intentions.

After he desperately tried to put out the flames, the man ran to the front to get some help. However, Perez raced ahead of him and attempted to lock the front door.

Authorities Looking for a Man Who Punched 5-Year-old on New York Subway

March 26, 2018 By Clayton Meason

New York Subway Incident

The man had no reason to punch 5-year-old on New York subway, eyewitnesses claimed.

BEACON TRANSCRIPT – The New York Police Department is currently searching for an African-American individual who allegedly punched a child in the face who was sitting quietly next to his mother. This is not the first incident on the New York subway, a similar one occurring just a few weeks before.

Attacker Appears to Taunt Child on New York Subway

According to an NYPD spokesperson, the incident occurred on the G train on Saturday, at around 4:30 p.m. The surveillance system reveals that the subway was just about to enter the Bergen Street station.

At one point, one of the passengers, described as a 6-foot-tall African-American male, turns around and punched a 5-year-old child in the face who was sitting next to his mother. According to the eyewitnesses, the boy did not approach the man, nor has he misbehaved during the trip.

More than that, the surveillance tape reveals that after hitting the boy in the face, the unknown individual appears to be taunting him, a fact confirmed by the eyewitnesses who have heard the individual saying: ‘Are you going to cry to your mommy?’

Following the New York subway incident, the 5-year-old boy was taken to the hospital to be treated for severe bruises and facial swelling. For the moment, the authorities have yet to identify the attacker.

Conclusion

Based on the description supplied by fellow commuters, the man was 6-feet-tall, around 160 pounds, with short, dark hair, and a mustache. At the time of the attack, the man was wearing a hooded shirt and dark-colored pants.

Regrettably, this is just one of many incidents that occur on the New York Subway. A couple of weeks ago, a surveillance system caught a smart-dressed man beating the living daylight out of a commuter for no apparent reason.

Florida Police Officer Had Bloodshot Eyes and Honked Continuously

According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Department, on Sunday morning, a 911 caller reported that a driver was honking incessantly in front of his Largo home and that he appeared to be driving in reverse for no apparent reason.

When the authorities arrived, they’ve identified the driver as41-year-old Christi Ruhtz, a Sheriff’s first lieutenant.

When confronted with the incident, the former Florida police office offered no motive regarding her odd behavior.

According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, Ruhtz, who was recently made first lieutenant, had no disciplinary record.

Following the arrest, Ruhtz was brought to the hospital to determine if she consumed other substances besides alcohol.
