Clayton Meason
Writing is more than a profession for Clayton, it’s a passion. As it should be, he believes, with all those who actively engage in creating powerful stories. His interests span a variety of topics, as he believes there is a silverlining to be found in all stories, big or small.
His 15-year long career took off as soon as Clayton graduated with a degree in Comparative History. He decided to not keep to the academic track laid out for him, but rather to contribute to writing history, as frivolous as it may seem at the time.
As such, he took on every challenge that the bumpy road of writing had in store. He believes he had as much to learn from working with both local publications or freelancing, as he had from contributing to high-profile publications. Now, he feels he became an accomplished writer, well-rounded by his personal experiences, his interaction with other, perhaps more experienced journalists, and his work thus far.
Troy G. Bennett
Troy does not like to talk much about himself. He believes actions speak louder than words, but his written words have definitely inspired great actions. A national news reporter, Troy has contributed to some of the most important events in our society. His articles often inspire people the courage they need to freely express themselves and to stand up for their rights.
Angelina Stapp
Angelina couldn’t say whether she is foremost a mother, an avid reader or a relentless journalist. A mixture of those three must have caused her to, at some point, become obsessed with health and proper nutrition. She currently covers health-related topics.
Jennifer Licata
Jennifer is really a child of the world. Coming from a family with a diplomatic background, Jennifer was born in the U.S., grew up in Chile, went on to study in the UK and Germany, with a short stop in Spain. Returning to the U.S., Jennifer says she’s a ‘happy camper’.
As her degree set her somewhat in her parents’ footsteps, her primary interest when writing compelling stories revolves around international affairs, world stories, and U.S. politics. For her own platform, hosting a number of other authors, Jennifer is dedicated to writing on these topics, disentangling the threads of national and international affairs.
Nonetheless, she greatly enjoys writing about topics pertaining to recent scientific and technological advancements and if something picks her interest, more mundane entertainment pieces.
Gary Wymore
There is but one word that comes to our minds when trying to capture the essence of our colleague, Gary Wymore. Technophile. A Pittsburgh State University graduate, Gary dedicated all his time to building websites and online communities. He soon became an Internet guru sharing his wisdom on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP to programming novices. His past experience has worked to make Gary one of the most skillful IT writers in our team.
