BEACON TRANSCRIPT – Are you fresh out of ideas when it comes to keeping an eye on you rebellious, teen kid? Well here are a couple of ideas, because we are in the age of technology, where we would rather use an app to keep tabs on our kid knows right from wrong, instead of providing him or her with a proper education. Anyway here are eight great apps for stalking tees from the comfort of your living-room.
The number one item of out “teen-stalking” list is a little application called Secure Vault for Apple. Both Apple and Android store have a vault, a top-secret, hush-hush place where your kid can keep his naughty pictures and videos safe. Of course, they are encrypted with codes and passwords so that no one will know the contents of the Vault of Doom.
The second item on the list is something out a James Bond movie. KeepSafe is the name of the application. Basically, it’s another vault-type app, which can be used to encrypt videos, photos, secret messages and journals, but with an added twist. If someone is attempting to log in and doesn’t known the master password, KeepSafe uses its frontal camera in order to take a quick pic of the offender.
Number three is an app called Calculator%. It looks and feels like any other calculator, but touch a few buttons, and it magically transforms into a secret vault where you can store your stuff. And it also has a function to quickly revert the app to a calculator is someone enters your room.
And now we’ve reached the fourth item on the list called ASKfm. It is basically a hush-hush social media platform were troubled teen can ask legit question about things they are bothered by. However, the platform is quite notorious for its suicide streak after several users were cyberbullied.
Snapchat is the next item on the list. While the social media platform look innocent, sometimes it can take screenshots, even after you’ve deleted a photo or a video. On the subject of social media platforms, there is another one called LINE. Users can share thoughts, videos, text messages and even photos. The only downside of this app is the in-app purchase functions which may leave your credit card dry.
The last two items of our list are called kik and BurnNote. To put in simpler terms, kik is for sexting. Moreover the app doesn’t have any parental controls and anyone can lie about their age. As for BurnNote, it can be used to exchange secret messages, which are usually removed after the recipient read it. However, the sender and the recipient might not be the only ones to read that message.
Well, that’s all on the subject of teen stalking. Here are eight great apps for stalking your children just for the fun of it.
