The Alabama authorities recently announced that a 29-year-old Huntsville father and his girlfriend had been convicted of sodomy, rape, and with a minor under 12. Alabama Man Said He Caught Son in Compromising Position with a Male Friend
On Tuesday, 29-year-old Sean Cole and 21-year-old Khadeijah Moore were sentenced in the 2016 Thanksgiving sexual assault of Cole’s then 11-year-old son. Cole, who’s been in police custody since January, might face life in prison if found guilty. Moore also faces the same punishment, the authorities declared.
According to court documents, on Thanksgiving Day 2016, Cole was due to receive the visit of his 11-year-old son who’s been living with his mother since the couple got separated.
During his visit, the Alabama man discovered the boy in what he called a ‘compromising position’ with one of his male friends and decided to punish him in an exemplary manner.
Cole asked Moore, his girlfriend, to have sex with the boy in an attempt to ‘straighten him out.’ The woman allegedly, raped, sodomized, and forced the boy into giving her oral sex.
After going home to his mother, who lives in Georgia, the 11-year-old boy, who was diagnosed with autism in early childhood, began asking her mother questions about sex.
Conclusion
The woman told the authorities that her child asking her about sex was not alarming, but the questions’ specificity was. Pressing the boy, the woman discovered his Thanksgiving ordeal and notified the authorities.
Both were charged with sodomy, rape, and sexual assault of a minor under 12 and might spend the rest of their days behind bars. The couple’s trial has been scheduled for the 24th of May.
