Clemson vs. Georgia Tech Score: Live Game Updates, College Football Scores, Today’s NCAA Top 25 Highlights

Atlanta — No. 4 Clemson began to pull away from a formidable Georgia Tech team, scoring 10 points in the third quarter to make it a 24-10 game. Tigers quarterback T.J. Uyakaleli had his ups and downs, but he capped a nine-play, 74-yard drive with a 9-yard touchdown run late in the frame to give his team some cushion.

The touchdown was crucial for a Tigers team that hasn’t had much success sustaining drives. For the first time all night, coach Dabo Swinney dialed up the tempo and kept the Georgia Tech defense alive in the backfield long enough to make plays when Uyakeleli needed it.

The Clemson defensive line was relentless in this one. The Tigers have seven tackles for loss, one of which is a sack, and have limited the Yellow Jackets to four yards per play. The running game stagnates for the Jackets, with five players averaging 3.2 yards per carry for just 67 yards on 21 carries. The Clemson defensive line is widely regarded as one of the best in the game, and it showed on Labor Day night.
