Packers vs. Rams Score: Live Updates, Game Stats, Highlights, Analysis for ‘Monday Night Football’

At halftime of “Monday Night Football,” the Green Bay Packers led the Los Angeles Rams 10-6.

Green Bay mostly moved the ball at will in the first half, especially through the run, and should be disappointed to come away with 10 points. The Packers drove down the field on their opening drive, but managed only a field goal after both Christian Watson and Jalen Ramsey tripped and a pass fell incomplete. Aaron Rodgers overshot a wide-open Allen Lazard by nearly 10 yards on a ball intercepted by Taylor Rapp. They finally got a touchdown on their third possession of the contest, when Dillon punched it in from eight yards out. Dillon and Aaron Jones combined for 72 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries.

The Rams didn’t get caught offensively and were obviously somewhat lucky not to turn the ball over too many times. Baker Mayfield finished 8 of 14 in the half for 74 yards (5.3 per attempt), and two of his completions should have been pick-sixes. (Kingsley Encapre and Quay Walker were mere inches away from making them.) He was also sacked three times and fumbled on one of them, the ball bouncing off several packers and eventually being recovered by the Rams. Los Angeles turned that drive into a 55-yard field goal by Matt Kay.

Will Green Bay hold on to its lead or will LA get back on the ledger this week? We will find out soon. Stay tuned to CBS Sports throughout the game for stats, scores and highlights.
