Sharon Osbourne has been discharged from hospital after a medical emergency

Sharon Osbourne He was hospitalized Friday evening with a medical emergency in Santa Paula, California.

Osborne was filming her son’s TV special, “Jack Osborne’s Scary Night.” Jack Osbourne shared a statement regarding the incident via his Instagram story.

“She has been given the all clear from her medical team and is now at home. Thank you to everyone who reached out with love and support,” wrote Jack Osborne. “I’ll leave it up to my mom to share about what happened to her when she’s ready.

Santa Paula Police Chief Dan Aguilar confirmed the name of the person involved in the medical emergency. Officers first responded to a medical call at the Glen Tavern Inn around 6:30 p.m., before transferring Osborne to a local hospital for further treatment.

Variety The Ventura County Fire Department has been reached out to for more information about the incident.

The 70-year-old television personality has been working since her departure from the CBS daytime talk show “The Talk” in March 2021, which came after an argument with her co-host Sheryl Underwood. The uproar revolved around Osborne’s defense of commentator Piers Morgan’s controversial comments about Meghan, Duchess of Sussex. The network later launched an investigation into Osborne’s behavior on the series.

Osbourne and her husband, Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, were featured in the documentary series “Sharon Osbourne: To Hell & Back,” which premiered on Fox Nation in September. “To Hell & Back” documents the fallout surrounding Osborne’s departure from “The Dog” and the aftermath of the incident. The couple’s children, Jack and Kelly Osbourne, are featured in the documentary along with interviews with former “The View” co-host Meghan McCain and Morgan.
